Chef’s Office

Chefs usually keep cookbooks, binders of recipes, aprons, a few mementos, framed menus from other places they have worked, and maybe some family and friend photos.

Here we have all of those, plus a large case of cookbooks and Hershey’s chocolate logo pieces.

Take a moment to see a rare and fabulous framed collection of Alice Waters’ recipes from her Chez Panisse restaurant in Berkeley created by artist David Goines.

They are a gift to the Kathleen Thompson Hill Culinary Collection from my good friend Ann Hollister.
